Lux Plus – Infrared Panel Heater with LED lighting

The Sundirect Lux-Plus series is an infrared heating panel with an integrated light frame. The Lux-Plus series is one of the newest and innovative products in our product family. Its special heat and light in one design is a very popular infrared heating panel in the market.

The Lux-Plus has a frameless metal surface, which represents the latest heating technology from Sundirect and having a very high radiation efficiency based on the IEC60675-3 standard. It also has a highly efficient LED lighting frame, which encompasses the infrared panel perfectly and provides pleasant light.

Due to the fact that infrared heating panels will reach a high surface temperature – around 110-120degrees when the heat is on, a high quality and temperature resistant LED frame is essential to the whole system. The LED light strips that we use are aluminum based LED light strips, which are extremely good for heat transfer and can be a solid guarantee to the lifespan of the lighting system. On top, the LED strip is dimmable and can also be regulated from 3000K to 6000K color temperature to perfectly fit different environments.

Thanks to the built-in thermostat receiver design, the Lux-Plus panels can be wirelessly controlled by our Lux controllers, which are specially designed to control both heating and lighting. You can chose between two Lux control thermostats for the Lux-Plus range infrared lighting panels- Smart Lux and Smart Lux Pro. Smart Lux is a basic battery back up wireless thermostat and Smart Lux Pro is wired version Wifi-enabled wireless thermostat. With Smart Lux or Smart Lux Pro you can easily operate the Lux-Plus infrared panel’s heating and lighting functions. They fully comply with the EU Eco-design regulation.

Additionally, Lux-Plus can also be controlled by a lighting switch (Art Nr.Smart Switch) as a secondary controller for the light only in addition to the Smart Lux or Smart Lux Pro. (Please note Smart Switch is not functioning without Smart Lux or Smart Lux Pro).

The Lux-Plus panels come with the accessory for both wall and ceiling mounting in the package. It’s IP44 rated so it can be safely used as a bathroom heater.
